It is going to be no time before Harper is walking, she pulls up on everything, cruises around the furniture, and even lets go and balances herself. She will stand for seconds before sitting on down on her bottom. We bought Harper a push toy for Christmas and she takes off across the living room.
While Harper is doing many many cute things, there are those not so fun things...like screaming when we don't allow her to play in the refrigerator, or on the dishwasher, or while getting in the carseat, or just not getting her way. Playing in the kitchen with her tupperware and in the fridge are her favorite things to do. For those of you that know Matt, he is a little OCD about cleaning, Harper pulls out the tupperware and he clean, she pulls it back out and he cleans....maybe soon he will learn to just let her play and then clean it.
Harper loves to have snacks now. I give her Cheerios in her snack cup, the one with a flap and she can put her hand inside. During the day I try to talk to her as much as possible and call out everything that I give her or do for her. SO when I give her a snack I will ask her "do you want a snack" and I will answer "yes", shake my head and give it to her. Well today while she was finishing up breakfast I picked up her snack cup to wash and she said "yes" and was shaking her head. Momma was so proud, of course i had to call Matt and my SIL.
Sorry that I am all over the place with the blog, I have so much to tell. Harper is also starting to get mad at the dogs, its funny. Matt and I will sometimes point our finger at the dogs and say "bad, bad, bad", well Harper has started to do the same thing to the dogs and to people. She doesn't say bad, it is more like grunting 3 times, and shaking her fingers. Its pretty cute.

As for her toys and development, she likes to put things inside of things....her blocks always go into her cookie jar toy. I love to watch her play with her toys because it like you can see her brain working...she concentrates so hard.
