Early Saturday morning my mom came over and we all packed up and went to the neighborhood yard sale at 7:30 am. Harper was done at 9:00, so I put her down for a nap and headed to more yard sales with my mom (of course Matt was home). I love yard sales.
Matt and Harper spent lots of time together this weekend, I got out to do some shopping by myself.....it was so nice! Harper absolutely LOVES her daddy, it is so cute to watch. She follows him everywhere he goes and watches his every move, if I am holding her on the couch she is trying to look over the top to look at him. She is definitely a Daddy's girl....oh and he loves it!!!! She just smiles at him.
We met our friends Linda, Mario, and Mateo at Hodges Pumpkin Farm on Sunday, it was great time. We were not able to go on the hayrides because Harper is too young and would only last about an hour. There were a couple vendors set up there, produce stand, hand made hats (of course I had to buy Harper one), and grass feed beef.
When we put her in the pumpkin patch we could not get her to look at us or even smile, she was so overwhelmed. This was her first time touching dirt...she didn't know what to think.
Another big event for the weekend: Harper can now sit up unsupported!!!!!! She is really growing fast! I used this as an excuse to go spend money and buy her some big girl toys.
I hope everyone had a great weekend!
Go Harper!! Look at how cute she is in her little lady bug costume. love it! :)
